What are the Lil' Mob?

The design of the lil' Mob was made to pay homage to our queer First Nations ancestors that came before us. This is why ENOKi opted for a solid black arch surrounding the characters, rather than a transitional rainbow arch. With the use of bright colours and a simple human form, we hope that this wearable piece of art will spark Blak Joy and love for all queer mob today.

 Who is ENOKi?

Now based on Wurundjeri Country, Naarm (Melbourne), ENOKi (they/them) is a proud Dja Dja Wurrung and Yorta Yorta non-binary Blakfulla. They're a multimedia artist with a primary focus in digital media.

Inspired by 90's and early 2000's rap, hip-hop and pop culture, ENOKi explores blakness and queer identity in their practice.

A photo of a proud Wiradjuri woman in her jewellery making studio. The image is focused on her hands making black heart acrylic earrings that say "Deadly" with an Aboriginal Flag circle stud top. Other earrings and pins are placed across the desk she is working on.
